HOW BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE IS MADE
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1/2 cup melted and unsalted butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 2-3 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- at least 8 packs of cream cheese store at room temperature
- 5-6 eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/16 ounce sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1tb vanilla syrup
- 1/2 cup blueberry spread
- 5 ounce thawed and drained blueberry fruits
Prepare at least a 10-diameter springform pan with foil and preheat oven up to 375°F. Mix in butter, sugar and graham cracker crumbs in processor. Then, blend until the crumbs moisten. Press the mixture into the bottom of the springform pan. Next, bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until it turns brown. Transfer the crust let it cool.
First, beat the cream cheese and sugar and blend well. Next, add the flour. Then, beat the eggs one at a time. After, pour in sour cream, vanilla, and milk. Pour the filling into the crust. Using the springform pan, bake the cheesecake until the top slightly puffs and turns to golden brown, approximately for at least an hour. Refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
Heat the blueberry spread until it melts. Gradually add the blueberries. Evenly spread on top of the cake and refrigerate. After 4-5 hours, remove the blueberry cheesecake from the pan and serve.
